Hello! I am currently looking to find a one bedroom apartment for the 2012-2013 school year. At present, I am paying $850.00 a month (everything included) for the studio I am living in. I am looking to stay around that price, but I would be willing to pay more for the right place, so don't be afraid to reply with something a little bit pricier. My only other preference is that the apartment be relatively close to campus. I does not need to be a block away, but I would prefer if it wasn't two miles away. Move in time is not a huge concern; June, July, or August would all work fine. Thanks for checking out my post!
