I'll be transferring to New Paltz in the fall. Looking for a one bedroom in the 500-700 range. I'm clean and reliable, and my boyfriend is quite the handyman.
We may have an ideal loft for you in a 3 floor house we have a serious eye on. Its the third floor of the house, huge space and your own bathroom. Ideal for a couple, lots of privacy and space. The house itself and the land around it is enormous. One downfall is that there would be 4 grad students living in the house (below you) as well but this is just to share kitchen, laundry and common areas. Let me know if your interested!
