Hi, Im looking to sublet my room from April to August. Apartment is located in Paltz Commons. Its a two bedroom apartment. Living room, kitchen/dining room are all completely furnished and stocked. The other person living in the apartment is a female who is finishing her senior year. Shes extremely nice, easy to get along with, and laid back. We are looking for a female student to sublet the room to. Rent is $575 not including cable ($30), electric ($60-70) and propane ($60-200 in the winter).
