The house is 2 miles from SUNY New Paltz.
Utilities are extra and based on usage.
The common area and bedrooms are furnished with everything you need except a bed. Included in the bedroom is a bed, dresser, rug, nightstand, desk/chair, garbage, window shade and lamp. We ask that you don't bring more furniture because the house is fully furnished. Washer and dryer included for free. There is a communal back yard with table/chairs and deck for all tenants to enjoy.
This house is pet friendly. One pet is allowed per unit and a separate pet rental agreement applies to each pet. There is a non-refundable $1000 Pet Security Deposit, which is used for detail cleaning and painting when you move out.
