Hey, I'm looking for someone to take my room for the spring semester. The house is located on Mohonk Avenue, right in the middle of the Village. It's a 5 minute walk to campus, even less to main st, and even less than that to the rail trail. There's a driveway if you have a car and a nice deck and backyard you can enjoy once the weather gets nice. The room itself is spacious but not enormous, and there's 2 bathrooms.You'd be living with four very laid-back, friendly, likeable and open-minded guys who know how to balance work and fun. I don't descriminate and neither do the guys you'd be living with so anyone is free to check it out. The neighbors are a group of 5 wonderful girls and the two houses are very tight knit and get along well in case you're a girl who doesn't want to be surrounded by only guys. It's a great environment to live in.
Rent is $615 per month plus utilites (except water, which is already included) and it includes FREE access to a washer and dryer. The lease is until June. Probably should have mentioned this above but the kitchen has a dish washer, which makes life a little easier. Thanks for taking the time to read this and let me know if you're interested.
