I have a room in a 3 bedroom apartment that needs to be rented as soon as possible. My roommate and I are female students at SUNY New Paltz. We are looking for another female roommate as soon as possible. Our apartment is located on Church Street, 2 minutes from main street and 8 minutes from campus, walking . We also have off-street parking. Our apartment has it's own washer/dryer. Rent is $635 without utilities. Utlities include wifi, heat and water which we split and pay every other month or so.
