I am transferring to a different school next semester and I am desperate for someone to take over my lease! It is 600 a month which includes utilities other than heat and cable. Cable is 15 a month and heat varies, last time we paid 40 each. And heat is also not every month, it is only when the tank needs to be filled. You will be living in a downstairs room, there are five bedrooms. Two downstairs and three upstairs. There are two bathrooms both have showers in them so you would never have to wait forever to use the bathroom, since you would be sharing it with only one other person. The whole house was redone about two or three years ago so everything is pretty new. There is a security deposit of 600 as well. Also, it is OFF STREET parking and due to the layout of the driveway you will never get stuck behind someone else. Walking distance to campus!! Please email me with any other questions!
