Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hello i am a male transfer student that recently got accepted for the spring 2014 semester at new paltz. I am looking for a place thats fairly close although i do have a car. I am an extremely focused student and am not looking to party or goof off. I am looking for roomates that share that feeling. I am very clean, somewhat of a neat freak, and fairly quiet. I am a music student so most of my time(even freetime) will be spent practicing at school or at home on an electric piano (with headphones). I consider myself a friendly person thats easy to live with. My rent will be included on my student loan so paying monthly will not be an issue.
