I have a bedroom in house located less than 5 mins away from campus and main street. The bedroom is spacious with a bed cubbie and plenty of space for a small sofa and table. This room is unfurnished and there is a shared kitchen and bathroom.
The rent is $595/ month all utilities included except for WIFI (but the people there most likely have it set up and you can pay a few dollars for access) This room is available starting may 27th and can be occupied up to August 20th.
unfortunately, there are no pets allowed.
