Hello all! I'm going to be leaving New Paltz after this semester and will need someone to sublet my current apartment.
It is one very large bedroom in a 3 Bedroom apartment. It has a private entrance, two full size closets, and lot of great space. The room really is huge, as there is room for both a large bed and a couch. We can discuss the room being fully furnished, as I won't need to be bringing anything with me. This includes a Full Size Bed, Couch, Dresser, and Nightstand. The apartment is in great shape, has two full bathrooms, full kitchen and spacious living room with a HUGE back yard. Washer/Dryer on location and free. Rent is $666.67/month and includes ALL utilities (cable/wifi/heating/electric/water). You would have two male roommates, both undergraduates.
The house is located by the campus soccer field, so walking to class would be very easy and quick. Also walkable to town!
Will be available January 1, but you can move stuff in any time as there is plenty of space!
