I am looking for someone to sublet TWO rooms in my 4 person apartment this June to August.
Apartment has two bathrooms and a large kitchen.
For ONE ROOM, it's 650 a month plus utilities (168 dollars for two months), in total, 1468 for two months.
Utilities include heating oil, garbage, and water/sewer. You have to set up cable and internet on your own.
The apartment is on main street, and you can see the campus from outside!
It is unfurnished, but you get a room to your own, and 3 other future friends.
