I'm a senior at the college and I'm looking to sublet my room for the Spring 2015 semester since I will be moving back to NYC. You would be able to move in by the first of January.
I currently live in a very large 4-bedroom house right across the street from campus, fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Electric, heat and hot water are included and you only have to pay a small amount for cable and Internet, which we split amongst each other.
There is a large living room space downstairs which is already semi-furnished as well as a sunroom in the kitchen area where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The bedroom I am subletting is comfortable sized room fits a full sized bed, a desk and a dresser and still have a lot of space to move around. There will be three other girls living in the house as well who are very clean and respectful.
This house is in a prime spot with easy access to campus, parking on site and all of the amenities you may need as a college student.
Rent is $725 a month and it is well worth the comfortability you will be experiencing in this house.
