I am looking for someone to take my room for the summer time if you are interested!

Looking for someone to sublet my room out from June to Mid-August. Rent will be 700 a month for June and July, and rent for August will be 350. Heat and water are included, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, basement, washer and dryer, long driveway, and the room is fully furnished.
