I have a room that will be available starting in May, (or June if you would prefer to move in later) at a discounted price of $475 (negotiable)!

I am looking to sublet for the remaining months until August and the room will be available at a discounted price until then. If you are interested in staying longer that can be worked out.

All utilities are included. Great house with quiet housemates. Room comes with a bed, desk, bookshelf, big closet, etc. The house has a giant kitchen and is clean! Landlord is also great. 10~ minute walk from campus, I walk to and from every day.
