Either a 2 bedroom with no living room or a 1 bedroom with living room. There are 2 big bedrooms with huge closets. There's a nice size kitchen and bathroom and also a huge attic for storage. In the heart of town, a block from pngs and the bistro. Top floor of a house, the bottom floor is the bicycle rack. The whole apartment is 1000$ a month plus utilities (500$ per room if split) no pets, no smoking. Jan 1 move in, lease ends august 1st with option to renew. I'm posting this for my landlords who are wonderful people that are really chill. First, Last and security due at signing. Utilities average no kore than a 100 bucks each person per month so everythig included its under $600 a month. You won't get a better location and apartment for this price.
