New house with 4 bedrooms, fully furnished private bedrooms, new kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and common area. We have two bedrooms available beginning this fall 2016. We are looking for 2 female students who are mature, clean and a responsible adult. Rent is $650-700 a month (depending on size of room), lease is month to month and runs from Fall 2016 to Spring 2017, with two months' security required. Rent includes all utilities, central air conditioning, washer / dryer, wireless internet and snow removal.  Roommates are clean and responsible students who are not partiers. House is situated in a quiet residential area, has a long driveway so there's plenty of parking, located in Village. It's approx. a 15-20 minute walk to campus. Pictures available upon request. House is a nice, quiet place to live and study – NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Sorry no smoking inside house or on the grounds, no pets allowed.
