I am starting a year long lease on June 1st but wont be moving in until July 1st, so my room is completely free for the month of June. I have two other housemates, one guy and one girl. The guy will be living up there during June, he's very sweet. Rent is $567. Its 42 church street, there is a lot of light and some outdoor space.
