Hello my name is Matt I'm a junior transfer student who will be going to new paltz in the fall. I'm looking for a roommate to make it more affordable. I found some apartments at the south side Terrence apartments which is a walking distance from the campus. The apartment is a little of 500 a month for both of us and everything is included and they have a pool, pool table and basketball court, there is also a bigger one for  a little over 700. I also have info on apartments for 4 people if we got that many people because it would be cheeper. Please let me know asap if you are interested my number is 8453922482.
