I love, love, love this house but I'm hoping to study abroad for the spring 2013 semester so I'm looking for someone to sublet to. It's the master bedroom on the top floor, quite spacious, with adjacent bathroom. Beautiful lawn space with vegetable garden. Washer and dryer on site. Clean house in residential area, 20 minute walk from campus. My Market is immediately down the street as well as a stop for the New Paltz Loop. 625$ a month for high quality of life and you'll have wonderful housemates!
