I just signed my lease for 11 Lookout Ave (half way between SUNY campus and Main St). I will be home for the summer and I'm looking for someone to rent my room out for June and July. The house is a good size with decent sized rooms, shared kitchen, living area, and bathroom (my housemates will be living there over the summer). The rent is 600/month including heat, water, and garbage pickup with an extra 30 or so for electric and cable. If anyone is interested or has any questions please reply or message me as soon as possible.
