We are four college students who currently live at 17-1 mulberry street in New Paltz. We are looking for four other students to move in for the spring 2017 semester and beyond (if you choose to stay longer). Reason being, the four of us are graduating at the end of the fall 2016 semester and we need another group of four people to co-sign with us when we sign our lease at the end of the fall 2016 semester. The reason for advanced notice is because our landlord only does full year leases. Email us if you are interested and we will give you more information about us and the house. A little about the house is that it is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. The rent is a $600 not including utilities. It is a townhouse, very new and clean. We will send you pictures if you are interesting; our landlord's name is Adele.
