I have a room for summer sublet starting June 2nd till august 15th.
Located on the corner of front street and N.chestnut.
so literally a 2 second walk to town and a 5 minute walk to school.
The landlord is really nice and the house itself is pretty quiet.

They rest of the apartment will be fully furnished but you will need to provide your own bed and dresser if youd like one. There is a small closet too.
the room is painted pink....in case thats a deal breaker.

We are 3 girls looking for a 4th roommate for our apartment.

The apartment is located above the groovy blueberry by waterstreet market.'
It has a beautiful view of the wallkill river and has an awesome deck.
walking distance from town and school.
its $550 a month plus electric

we are very friendly girls and like to have a good time, so you have to be able to deal. 
we also know when its time to study.
We have a cat too.
