New house with 4 bedrooms, fully furnished private bedrooms, new kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and common area. House is currently rented to 3 female students. We are looking for a female student who is mature, clean and a responsible person. Lease is month to month. Rent is $600, plus two months security prior to move in. Rent includes all utilities, central air conditioning, washer / dryer, wireless internet and snow removal.  Roommates are clean, serious and responsible students who are not partiers. House is in the Village situated in a quiet residential area, has a long driveway so there's plenty of parking. It's approx. a 15 - 20 minute walk to campus. Pictures available upon request. House is a nice, quiet place to live and study – NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside anywhere on the property & sorry no pets.
