One Bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment is available beginning in July. My female roommate is in her mid-twenties and will be remaining in the apartment. This apartment is ideal for a SUNY New Paltz student in the area.

It is a spacious apartment on the first floor a condo complex right off Rt. 32. It is approximately 3/4 mile from Main St. and easily walkable. Across the street from the rail trail and next to a convenience market and Stewarts. The kitchen and bath have been recently updated and includes a dishwasher and wood floors.

There is a community washer in dryer in the building, off-street parking lots, trash removal and maintenance services. Rent for both people is a total of $1,250 a month so it is $625 per person.
