One room available for rent in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house for school year 2014 -2015.
New house with 4 bedrooms, fully furnished private bedrooms, new kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and common area. House is currently rented to three female students. We are looking to rent to a female student who is mature, clean and responsible. Rent is $600 a month. Lease is month to month with two months security required. Rent includes all utilities, central air conditioning, washer dryer, wireless internet and snow removal.  Roommates are clean and responsible students who are NOT PARTIERS. House is situated in a quiet residential area, has a long driveway so there's plenty of parking, located in Village. It's approx. a 15 - 20 minute walk to campus. Pictures available upon request. House is a nice, quiet place to live and study – NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Absolutely no smoking & no pets allowed.
