I'm currently a senior/junior (after switching majors) and am neat, easy-going, and studious. I like to go out but I really appreciate a quiet place to come home to. So if you're in he same kind of mindset and have a housemate moving out and need another one for spring, I'd love to get together, see the spot, and meet the housemates if it's a good fit
