Hi, I am a full time teacher looking to rent a sublet for the summer (preferably air-conditioned) in New Paltz from June until sometime in August. I work during most of June and all of July so during those months I would primarily just be up there on the weekends. August I would there during the week as well. My husband also works full time so he would be up there with me on some weekends as well. A studio or large one bedroom is all we need but we are not against renting a room in a house. My daughter did her undergrad there and is now a graduate student at suny and lives in the area so we are looking to vacation on weekends and have the opportunity to spend a little time with her. We are responsible adults nearing in our later 50's but we think we are pretty cool 8).

The house is on 10 Orchard Lane which is about a 5 minute walk to SUNY New Paltz campus. Currently there are 7 girls living in the house, you would have your own room on the first floor. If you want I am completely comfortable leaving my twin bed, drawers, desk, and mini fridge for you to use. There is also a closet. The girls are great and are extremely easy going. I play on the New Paltz Field Hockey team so most of my housemates are on the team or on Volleyball.
The rent is $650 a month (and does not include electric and cable, cable(which includes WIFI) is 14$/per month and electric is paid every two months and comes too about 35$)
