Hello all, I moved home and I am currently commuting to school...still have 2 months left on my lease and would like to find someone to fill the room for the time being. It is $600 a month located at 12 Pinecrest Road in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. About a 10/15 minute walk to campus and downtown. WiFi and electric are not included in this price but only amount to around $60 altogether. The house has 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer (free), and off street parking included! There are 4 mature, college boys that are super into music that currently reside at the house. Will send pictures or give a tour of the house and room upon request! Thanks for looking! -Devon
