Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hello, this is Steven Moon, I am looking to sublet my room seeing as I will be graduating in May. The house is in the heart of town right next to Wine & Spirits near Tops. It has been recently furnished and is the nicest house I have ever been to in New Paltz. There are 5 residents on the bottom floor where I live and 5 above. There are 2 full bathrooms as well as a large pack yard/patio. It is a very family-oriented environment and would love to answer any questions you may have.

Hey guys I am graduating from school in may and don't want to stay up here necessarily for my summer classes. That being said I have a room for rent that is located near Wine & Spirits on Main St. The rent is $550/mo plus utilities not including water. There are 10 residents in the house in total (5 upstairs/ 5 downstairs). I don't really know what else to say other than that I have been told this is the nicest college house anyone has ever been to. Some of you may know it as the "Lighthouse".
