Thank you so much for your reply. That really sounds like a fantastic offer, unfortunately we are looking to move in early August (pertaining to jobs) and a little closer to the campus itself. Hello! Transferring to New Paltz come fall semester. Boyfriend will be starting spring semester but will be living with me. We're real easy going people and hope to find something before school starts!  any information or offers would be fantastic!
