My current roommate is very cool, she'll be staying all summer in the smaller bedroom!
Rent is $625 a month - all utilities included besides electricity which is split between the two!

The apartment is already fully furnished, and I am leaving the twin sized bed in the apartment. Up to you if you want to keep it!
