My current roommate is moving out at the end of December, so I am looking for someone to move in in January. It's one of the Windsor Court apartments, located at 5 Southside Avenue. The apartment is really nice, we've kept it clean, so naturally I'm looking for someone else who keeps pretty clean. We have a deck with a small garden on it, and a pool that's open in the summer. The apartment already has furniture and a TV, so thats also a plus. The rent is 600/month, plus electric and internet. Seriously, the place is super nice, and I need to let the landlord know if I get a roommate ASAP, otherwise I will have to leave as well..
