Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I am graduating in December and need to sublet a bedroom in an 8 bedroom house.  The room is very big (I have a full bed, drumset, dresser, desk and food cabinet and still have about 1/3 of the room open).  There are 7 other guys that live in the house as well, all of whom are very easy to get along with.  There are 3 bathrooms with 2 showers in one of the bathrooms, a big living room, kitchen, and dining room.  The address is 56D Church Street, about a 5-10 minute walk to campus and just a few minutes from Main Street.  Every room has cable and the whole house has wifi.  The rent is $600/month plus everyone pitches in for cable, water, and electricity which is about an extra $200-$250 for the whole semester (the landlord pays for the heat).  If you are interested email me at jjones16@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu or call/text me 518-528-9693 and we can set up a time for you to see the house/room.
