New Paltz Summer Students:
I am subletting my room for the summer. It is located on Prospect St, about a 10-15 minute walk from campus. You would be sharing a kitchen and bathroom with no more than 3 other people.
Rent is $450/month and includes Electric, Internet, and Water, as well as your own off the street parking spot.
