Large bedroom available for rent. Literally across the street from the school.
The home was renovated a few months ago and is in great clean conditions.
The house is being shared by 5 girls right now. House has a total of 6 bedrooms and everyone is friendly.
This is NOT a party house. Quite with nice neighbors.
rent is 700 a month plus utilities (electric, heat)...everyone splits the bills.
Lease will be up in May, so you will have the option to renew.
