Look no further, this room in a 6 bedroom house is only a 5 minute drive to campus, includes a big driveway for parking, coin op laundry in basement, 2 full bathrooms, and even a cleaning person once a week. Rent includes ALL utilities, even internet, lawn mowing and snow plowing. This house is all female and there's no pets allowed.
