Hello, I am just getting back from a semester abroad and am searching for a place in New Paltz. I am a senior and work at one of the restaurants in town. House or apartment does not matter as long as I am walking distance to town and campus. I do not have a car. Please let me know if you have anything available. I am studying abroad for the fall term next year and would like to have a signed lease for when I get back. If anyone is looking to study abroad for the spring term or is graduating early, let me know. Ideally you would have the room from August till January and I would have it from January onwards. I don't have any place in mind but I am starting to look at different houses/apartments around town.
