I'm moving into a spacious 7-person house for the upcoming school year on Orchard Ln, right off 32 across the street from campus (roughly around where College Hall is). We're all super cool and chill people that are moving in, but we need a 7th person to fill the house up! the rent is $650 a month including everything except for internet and cable, washer/dryer in house, huge driveway in front of the house and a really nicely sized backyard with a fire pit. lease starts june 1st plus an extra month's pay for security.
