Spring 2014 sublet needed!

I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the Spring 2014 semester. I currently live with 5 GREAT roommates (4 female/ 1 male), totaling 6 people in the house. My house is awesome for the following reasons..

-Two blocks away from campus

-$550 per month utilities included except cable/internet (about $15 per month) 

-Room comes with a twin bed with built in drawers & a desk (possibly a dresser)

-Two bathrooms

-Coin operated washer/dryer in basement

-HUGE BASEMENT
