Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I am a sophomore looking for fall semester housing. I am studious and quiet. Looking for a place no more than 600 including utilities within walking distance. I would prefer roads to be able to walk on and if the house includes washer and dryer. The reason for looking for fall semester housing is study abroad during spring semester.

A couple of friends and myself want to rent for the upcoming school year Fall 2017-Spring 2018 and are looking for a fully furnished 5-7 bedroom place. It would be best if the rent could be 500-700 including utilities preferred but negotiable. We would prefer a place that is close to campus no more than 15-20 minutes walk and has washer and dryer included. We are very clean and conservative and are not party people so you have nothing to worry about and have no pets.
