Large eat-in kitchen with two sink areas includes a dishwasher and microwave.
House has three full bathrooms (one of which has a jacuzzi) so never a wait.
Laundry room has a washer and dryer.  They are free for your convenience, not coin operated.
Bedrooms are good sized and have closets and good natural light from nice windows.
Living room has couches and chairs, kitchen has cooking utensils and plates and silverware etc.
It's an easy move in.

Rooms are $700 to $825.
