The room can fit 2 people if needed. Utilities are not included, rent is $545 and utilities are about $20-30 a month depending. The room can be available Jan. 1 or a couple days earlier if desired.
Not walking distance from campus, but it is a quick 5 minute drive or a nice bike ride.
