Hello! My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a couple (2 people who don't mind sharing one bedroom) to move into our 1 bedroom apartment July 1st- for a year lease. It's $1475 total ($737.50 per person) and all utilities (aside from wifi & propane for cooking only) are included. No pets are allowed. It's about a 10-minute walk to campus & about a 3-minute walk to main street. There is also off-street parking. Additionally, as we both are going to be moving quite far away, a lot of the furniture will be free for the next people (if you express interest before the end of May, otherwise we will be donating it when we move out).
