Pencil Hill Room for Rent!!

Starting second semester, there will be a room for rent at 1 pencil Hill road north. 8 minute walk from campus, 5 minute walk from town. 5 bedroom house. Kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom , full washer/dryer, parking available.

The room will be semi-furnished. A full sized bed, with a bed frame. A tall black 4 draw dresser, closet, standing lamp, full length mirror, tall black bookcase, long black desk with two draws, coffee table, and night stand. If any of the furniture is undesirable I will move it before move in.

The room has 3 windows and is on the first floor of the house. Rent is 625/month, utilities for the house are already covered.
