Hello putting this out there for anyone looking for a place for the summer and possibly beyond. Looking for somebody to sublease my room between Jun-Aug for 700$ a month. House is a duplex with 3 people living in each area. This is not a frat house, so no parties and landlord doesn't allow smoking in the house, outside is fine.

Utilities are extra and based on usage. They cost an average of $100 per month.

The house is 3/4 mile from the Mobil downtown and 1.5 miles from SUNY New Paltz. Very close to My Market

We ask that you don't bring more furniture, except a bed because the house is fully furnished.  Washer and dryer included for free.
