2 Students looking for 2 bedrooms to rent

Hi! I am looking for a 2 bedroom rental or just 2 bedrooms. No more than 800$ per person or no more 1700 in total, including utilities. I have an Emotional Support Cat that would be living with us so pet-friendly would be nice. Looking for something close to campus but if it is farther we can be flexible. We would like to begin the lease at the end of July or all of August for the start of the fall semester and into the spring semester.
