Two of my room mates and I are subletting are rooms for the summer, June 1st(or earlier if needed) to July 27th. The rent is $450 a month plus utilities. The apartment has one bathroom and washer and dryer. It is located on the corner of South Oakwood and Main Street. Great location for students taking summer classes.
