looking for summer sublet- Tricor

I am looking for someone to take my spot in a house on Tricor, very very close to campus. There are two other roommates that you would be living with. its a very laid back environment. Rent is $650 plus electric and internet. The costs for that have been pretty low, about 50 every three months. A stipend for heating is included in the rent.
