I live in Southside apartments which is a 10 min work to campus. Rent is $462 per payment ($2310 per semester), you are allow to pay rent using financial aid or loans money. Yes it is a one bedroom but one bedrooms are cheaper and fully furnished in Southside apartments, however I will be taking the living room and the bedroom is available to the new roommate. I don't usually do yearly lease I only stay for the semesters and go down on breaks but, the apartments are accessible to stay in throughout the whole year prices are different and can be explained.
Pets are allowed but that means pet security. I am pet friendly.
