Looking for female roommate

I'm looking for someone to move into the other bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Ridge Apartments in New Paltz. Larger than most two people dorm rooms on campus. Available for about $700 a month not including utilities. Could also be for two people to share for $450 each. Awesome apartment, great location.

I'm very easy going, but require a non-smoker with no pets.

Looking for someone to move in by May 1st.

Comes with washer and dryer on premises, and great kitchen and spacious living area.
